Nerd, engineer, traditional wet shaver
A three pass shave. WTG, XTG and finally ATG on the cheeks.
A few minor weepers from my first use with the ultra sharp Feather Blade. But overall a great shave with ultra smooth results.
First day with the new DE89 razor. Wow!!
The DE89 is not as mild as I expected it to be given the online reviews I have read and watched. Definitely wondering how it would go with a sharper blade.
A Friday evening shave, ready for a Chinese New Year family lunch tomorrow. Picked up a cheap bowl to use as a lather bowl, works really well.
Also, I ordered a new Edwin Jagger razor yesterday, a blades sample pack, and new alum block. Hopefully they arrive on Monday to mix up the shave routine.
Nice clean, two-pass shave. Few weepers around the creases in my neck. Definitely looking forward to purchasing my first Alum block.
Still getting used to how tight to make the razor. Seems to give a different level of aggressiveness with each shave.
